What is “The Linden Method”?

What we like about this technique..
Firstly, the author – Charles Linden. This guy is originally from Britain, but now lives in the states and runs a bunch of anxiety clinics called The Linden Centres. He is a truly inspirational guy, and provides excellent audio narration throughout the entire program. He really makes you believe within the first 5 minutes that your anxiety problems can and will be beaten without the use of drugs or expensive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Charles is truly the core of The Linden Method.
We also liked how the program explains that many, many anxiety-related conditions can be beaten quickly using The Nine Pillars. There are no separate cures for panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, etc.. There is merely one, broad approach, and it’s all rooted in the re-training of the amygdala.. Simple!
What we don’t like..
Whilst the entire program is generally excellent quality, we did find a flaw. With all the hype surrounding the product, some may raise their expectations very high. It’s important to remain grounded in regards to chronic anxiety. You will need to give a solid amount of time to The Nine Pillars, which takes at least 9 days. A realistic outlook to completely cure your anxiety using The Linden Method is around 1 to 2 months, give or take a few weeks.
Final thoughts..
