What is “Fat Loss 4 Idiots”?
Basically, it’s the most popular weight loss program on the internet. It’s also unique, in that there is no long-term calorie counting or ridiculously intensive exercise routine. The idea is simple and original, and uses a scientifically proven way to increase your bodies fat burning hormones. This is achieved through Calorie Shifting, which basically means shifting your calories up and down every 11 days.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a very successful program for a reason. It’s extremely simple to follow, which means that there is a very low “failure rate” (i.e. you giving up on it!). The meals are simple and tasty, so you will find sticking to the plan easier than most other weight loss programs, where you have to survive off rice crackers for weeks at a time!
What we liked about this program..
The main thing is that it’s so easy to follow, and it’s not “difficult”. There isn’t a big focus on exercise, which means that you don’t have 100 pushups to do every morning, or big, long jogs in the afternoons. The exercise plan is pretty simple – take the stairs as much as possible, walk where you can, etc.. It’s basically about being as physical as possible without calling it a real “workout plan”.
The weight you’ll lose from this program is mainly from the special calorie shifting diet.
What we didn’t like..
Even though it’s a great mid-term program, it would benefit from an intense workout section. Having said that, this is a DIET to lose weight as easy as possible, not a bodybuilding guide.
Final thoughts..
This program is simple and effective. It’s perfect for those people who want to lose weight quickly and easily without having to adjust their lifestyles too much.
